Of course there are people who are both deaf and blind, the most famous was Hellen Keller, who wasn't born like that but suffered from some illness when she was a baby and lost boyh senses. She invented several signs to comunicate with her family and became an activist in her adult life. I am sure you will find informataion about her on the net.

Yes, they can be. Helen Keller is a very famous "blind and deaf" person in history. Contrary to previous answers, a mute is someone who can not talk rather than someone who is blind and deaf.

they could dream visually and audibly, yet does not understand it because they have not something to judge it with. it would want to in all likelihood count in the journey that they are blind/deaf as a results of problems with their eyes/ears, or with the area of the mind that translates the sight/sound. If their mind is okay, then there might want to be no reason they does not subconsciously create sights and sounds, besides the actual incontrovertible truth that they could for sure undergo no resemblance to reality. different then that i think they could dream as they could typically interpret the global, ie by contact etc.
