Well I don't know much about DM/HG but I happen be an avid SS/HG shipper myself.
There are some brilliant fics out there (and I mean BRILLIANT)
Best bet for you is to sign up for many of the archives out there. archive.sycophanthex.com for one and thepetulantpoetess.com for another. restrictedsection.org also has great fics (although rated NC-17... or 18+ only) so you can bask in the ficcy goodness.
There's also a yahoo group called WIKTT (whenikissedtheteacher) that's dedicated the HG/SS wherein you can post GENERAL fic requests (e.g. good timeturner fics involving Severus and Hermione) and have them answered. Or if you're looking for a SPECIFIC fic that you've read before but don't remember more than a few details WIKTT has a livejournal group that you can subscribe to, you can see details about that on the main page of the group.
Now because you said you only wanted specific fic recommendations here are a fewthat I enjoyed myself.

the full factor of fanfic is to make the characters which you like (from Twilight or someplace else) do only what you like them to do. possibly you do unlike their love activity, or you do no longer think of the determination they made grew to become into in character for them, or maybe you only like the assumption of Bella and Edward 10 years down the line...i think of for many human beings, it somewhat is only a thank you to proceed the story once you realize the author won't. it somewhat is in basic terms a pastime. regardless of the undeniable fact that maximum fanfic writers that i've got spoken to additionally write their own unique memories...desire that helps.
