I am a 22 year old mother with a 9 month old daughter for a man that Is Married. We stay in the same town but his wife has no clue...... He has been supporting my daughter since the day she was born, But i'm also still intimate with him and we argue like were married! He doesn't want me dating anyone else and he's verry protective. I recently found out that he was actually dating someone else outside of his marriage besides me. I feel very guilty and I don't want to continue going on like this. How do i bring closure to this without recking his home??? And if I choose to put him on child support does his wife have to pay as well? HELP!!!

Let him go and move on for both you and your daughter. If he's marreid, then yes she pays. Its "thier" money. But, it might be worth the risk to raise your child on your own free from him all together. And then when your child grows up she can search him out if interested. I'm not against fathers seeing thier kids, but if you dont want to rock the boat with the wife, this is a chance for you to begin a new life for you and your child, and find her a father of her own.

I'll skip the preliminaries and tell you right out that you are supposed to consider the child's interests first . I think you know that he is a piece of crap and you are not far behind him . What makes you think that you are so wonderful that he would not do that to YOU .What he did and does to his wife is exactly your future too. Now, at age 22 you have your whole life ahead of you . Why on Gods green earth would you have him around for an instant.Are you flattered that he still hangs around? Guys like him never get enough and the excitement of the game kicks up their adrenaline .
His home is already wrecked . He did it to himself . Start by getting a DNA test. He will no doubt tell you soon that he is not the father . Make sure you get a court order for child support . Buying diapers or something 'whenever' you need it, is no way to support a kid to age 18 . You have a long road ahead. I don't think a wife directly would pay but indirectly of course she does , as the sleazeball is taking food out of his family's mouth to pay for his sins .
Please put your life in order . Now is the time to make a change in the new year . Kick his *** out and be the kind of decent woman and mother you are ment to be. It's never too late .

HE has already wrecked his home. You say you are still having sex with him and he is having sex with someone else plus his wife??? There is too many diseases out there to be caring on this way. I'd say make him pay child support. If the wife finds out then hell she just finds out because honestly she needs to know what he is doing (screwing all these women and will possibly bring a disease to her). That is not fair to her so I hope she does find out. Make him pay child support and let him be in the child's life if he wants to. But you should leave him alone because this man is a walking time bomb and no telling what you all may end up with.

First of all, he is off limits, he is for someone else. You don't need to be messing with him anyway, has now you know he is very untrustworthy. As far as your daughter, she deserves to have child support, as well as health insurance. You need to break this off with this guy before he gives you a disease. Don't beat around the bush.....be firm. It's hard to prove someone to be an unfit mother, so don't let him use that on you. If you have to, contact his wife. No his wife won't be liable for child support, but he is. So do some thinking, have a talk with him, then follow through with your plan. Find you someone else, whether he likes it or not. You owe your daughter a decent father figure in her life. Not all biological fathers are the best examples. Find a special man that would accept her as his own. Best of luck to you.

So your daughter finds out the reason she can't see daddy all the time is because he has another 'legitimate' family. How is she going to feel? She going to feel like she's nothing but daddy's dirty little secret. She's not allowed to meet her half siblings because she's the kid that shouldn't exist. Quit feeling sorry for yourself and that whore of a man who impregnated you. Grow up & figure out how your going to support your daughter through her fathers rejection. How dare you have anything to do with a married man never mind getting pregnant by him. You're a selfish twit. His wife won't have to pay child support he will. It's your daughters right for him to pay child support . Don't worry about his already doomed marrige, worry about your daughter.

Ok he is a dog first and formost you dont need that in you and your daughters life you deserve so much better. Child Support as long as he have a job he pays but if he dosent then the wife pays If im not mistaking

If you leave the situation and file for child support his wife will probably find out. Men like that usually do not change. Once your out try not to make that mistake again. That is a difficult situation.

Stop screwing him for one thing!
As for child support, any funds that are diverted from this primary (legal) family effects his wife. You've made a mess of your life, so your best bet is to move away and never contact him again, forget trying to collect money from him, and pretend he's dead.
