Airplane has some funny parts, my advice is just go rent some movies about every week and see which one is good for you.

I haven't seen Spaceballs, but I do know it's a Mel Brooks film, the guy who made Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, History of the World, and The Producers. If thast list isn't enough to convince you, let me tell you this: he's a fantastic director, and each and every one of his movies are hilarious and somewhat raunchy. Love 'em. I think you should definitally watch any movie of his you can get your hands on.

There's Something About Mary, Airplane(always gets me, its so stupid its funny)and also Me,Myself and Irene are all funny. Spaceballs is funny too! Have a blast and make sure you go to the bathroom first so you don't have an accident from laughing so hard! lol

The Star Wars spoof is not bad. John Candy does a remarkable job, as do Mel Brooks and Rick Moranis. It's an old school type of comedy, so don't expect body excretions, foul language or tacky sex humor.

If you're old enough, check out Team America by the makers of South Park. I couldn't breathe through half of it.
Spaceballs is good, but you have to like Mel Brooks' sense of humor. It would help if you mentioned what else you find funny, then we could recommend something right up your alley.

Spaceballs was funny in it's day. Recently, the funniest movie I've seen was RV, Wedding Crashers or You, Me & Dupree.
