Give me something electrical/mechanical, I'll take it apart, clean it, fix it and put it back together with all the care of a midwife delivering a baby.

So why can't I manage to pull my cooker out to clean behind it, or lift up my toaster to get to the crumbs underneath?

Is it genetic?

At least you do the mechanical/electrical thing,id be over the moon if he would just move his **** off the sofa,we both work full time and have stressful jobs, but when he gets in he doesn't lift a finger-whereas i never sit down!! so id say there are different levels if it is genetic

Speak for yourself!. Have you seen a woman clean a house?. They are very slapdash. My house is clean because I don't want to live in dirt. So drag that cooker out, empty the toaster of crumbs, you'll feel better. There might be something dead behind the cooker or in the toaster...

I don't know. It is a personality thing, more than a gender thing.

Maybe it is an unconscious desire to attract a woman who will feel the urge to clean up after you.

She may feel needed and comfortable with you.

I am not a bloke and my house generally looks shabby. It is also a priority thing.

Does anyone clean behind the cooker? If it gets cleaned inside it's doing well!

i've got been intending to (i will pay you) inform you that I (to tie you up) now furnish (bare) housecleaning amenities (whilst I sparkling) to an extremely elect (handcuffs, cat'o'9 tails) clientele. permit me understand (you could seem) the final time to schedule (no touching) your very thorough cleansing (you will love it). i'm confident which you would be overjoyed (begging for greater). a mind-blowing time (you will finally end up paying me) would be had through all.

It's nothing to do with being "bothered" - cleaning, cooking, ironing, washing, fetching and carrying are all women's work. Men should recognise the simple fact that women are born for domestic servitude and allow them to carry out their natural function.

Na. Lack of experience like anything else. Watch reruns of ' The Odd Couple ' and Felix's manic attitude. Don't take it that far.

No, I do it all of the time, and I'm disabled. You're just lazy about doing those types of things.
