Britney Spears won't get much of a comeback if any after the split. She is no different then all the others before her. New Kids On The Block, Kris Kross, The "who let the dogs out" guys They are big for a couple of years but then there audience grows up and move onto something new and cooler. Out of all the female singers in the last 10-20 years do you remember even now or who will you remember in the next 20 years........ Britney will wash up soon enough.

She will not make a big comeback. K-Fed was a downer for her. Just like how bad movies always stay with singers who try and act (i.e. Jennifer Lopez - Gigli), K-Fed with forever stay on Britney's record.

on one hand, no - because she's too busy partying to get back to her music and also she has a kid or two now --
on the other hand, YES she will get her carear back if she successfully manages to pull a publicity stunt that draws positive attention - plus, a decent album would certainly help. I think she should quit the teeny bopper scene and go with a rockin' flavor like pat benetar was in the early 80's.
