Relax. It's an easy fix. Drywall compound. Spread, dry, sand respread as necessary. Then repaint.

Temper, temper. Be good.

LOL I did the same thing!! Ok, here's what you do. Go to hardware store and buy lightweight drywall compound and a spreader wide enough to more than cover the dent and 1 sheet of 220 sanding screen. Spread the compound over the dent and attempt to level as much as possible with the spreader. Let it fully dry (12 hrs depending on how deep the dent is) When completely dry sand lightly with the sanding screen. Repeat the process. (drying time will be much less this time) then paint to match. good luck

Use white toothpaste. When it is dried, sand it with a fine sand paper.

Is it a crack or a dent?

Take the shards of paint to a paint store and get a sample of the color. They sell them in 5$ tubs. use clean fingers and patch it up. Paint over the dried and sanded toothpaste.

For a brown wall use water, cornstarch and whole-wheat flower.

If it is a crack, you might be able to get away with the 'house settling'

In the meantime, get some anger management strategies going.

Use vinyl spackling {only one coat!}it does'nt shrink like drywall compound. Then paint. If its a big hole it is best to use paper tape or fiberglass mesh. Then use drywall compound under the tape then floated over the top.Next,{when its dry or white} use fine sandpaper to smooth it out.
