I believe if they once had their vision and lost it, they probably would still have dreams where they can see. I think if a person is born blind, then no, because the brain would not have the ability to reference to a memory within your brain that provides visual data.. Then again, what do I know..

It depends. If they were blind for their whole life, I would say no, because then they have no images that they can put with words, due to the fact that they have never seen anything. But if the person went blind after they were a couple years old (maybe even born), they will have some memories of seeing things, and can put at least some names with images.

Well...
If you were blind at birth you can't have dreams because your brain has not developed any sights (Poor them) But if they are blind after birth (Not right away they need to see SOME stuff) then they do have dreams.

PS: Look at other questions it saves you points
No offence

Of course they do. No matter if your blind, everyone has dreams. No one can really answer that question because no one really knows whats going through a blind person's mind. The only people who know are that blind person and God.

If they are born blind I don't think they do. But they may feel dreams or hear dreams, or smell dreams rather than 'see' dreams.

My grandfather lost his eyesight during WWII. He experienced dreams afterwards. I'm not sure how it would work for someone who was born blind.
