Apes don't have a higher brain function to understand an abstract concept like Heaven. Therefore they are "innocents" and should get in automatically. Unless they hit me with feces at the zoo. Then they can go to hell.

No, cos heaven doesn't exist. When you're dead, you're dead. Well, that's my opinion at least. If you want to teach an ape something, train it to be a comedian and get it a cable show and have the jokes written in sub-titles. I'd watch it!
