I have Bank of America. If my landlord puts my rent check in today or tomorrow when will the money be removed?

when will the money be removed from MY account? Tomorrow or Monday?

If your landlord also banks at B of A, it could be the same day if he deposits it that day. If not B of A, probably Monday or Tuesday.
