If there is a drain and water near the tub already it shouldn't be very difficult. First if it doesn't have sides build a platform for support. Leave room so you have access to the underside. Mix a bag of mortar or cement place it in the area you plan on sitting the tub. This will add support to the floor of the tub. If you don't the tub could crack or bust from the stress over time. There are several options when it comes to faucets. You could put the faucet in the wall or mount it directly to the tub deck. There are a variety of ways to connect the water to the faucet. The tub drain is the same. The only limit is money. Most faucets and drains will come with step by step instructions. Just be sure to buy a faucet you know you can get parts for. Sooner or later the washers will fail and it is so great being able to just walk in and tell them the brand and not have to order the parts.

Dig an oval hole 6'' larger than it is & line with pool-sand, you shouldn't have any problems this way.
