Up until recently, the only person I know of NOT to have a Passport was the Sovereign of the United Kingdom.
That may have changed, now.
Charles and his brothers and sister have Passports, showing their Occupation as, "Prince(ess) of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland"!!
William and Harry will be the same.
When Charles becomes King (ugh), if the UK sovereign is still exempt, he might decide to follow the system and throw his away. Since 'Mummy' started paying taxes a while ago, however, he may decide to keep it.

I think if you have read you would see that Her Majesty does not have and does not need a passport. Passports are issued IN HER NAME. And she would not need any "visa" to enter any of Her other Realms and Territories; probably not other Commonwealth countries either.
Since it is the Sovereign who does not require nor have a Passport, it would be reasonable to conclude that anyone else, even any member of the Royal Family, WOULD require a passport.
Quite possibly a visitor's "visa" might be required for member of the Royal Family who wish to enter other countries for a "gap year" or other reasons.
I would strongly expect the Sovereign would NOT require any visitor's "visa" or any such thing as she would be visiting upon invitation. Now, of course, what might be the situation if she were JUST visiting the USA to see race horses in Kentucky. Probably, though, that would be combined with official visits.

He would have a British diplomatic passport. It's doubtful he has ever seen it though as it would be handled by a Private Secretary or an aide of some sort.
The only British royal who does not have a passport is The Queen.

I would not have thought so. Just because you are British Royals doesn't mean you have any exemptions from other countries except maybe other member countries of the Commonwealth. However, I doubt Charles et al have to prove their ID to the passport office or at customs!
