In theory, breakfast in bed. In practice, it's a real pain. You got the bed tray; you're trying to hold still so you don't make the bed move and spill everything...
There are other tastier things to do in bed. Eat at the table.

I would defintley say at a table..who wants to eat a messy meal, what if you spill,also in bed is like making a person lazier, better to be out and about.
