Circumcision refers to the removal of the foreskin (prepuce). If it is done correctly, it does not affect the size or functioning of the penis.

Circumcision is the partial or complete removal of the foreskin from the penis.
This procedure (if done properly) should not affect the growth or development of the penis. Recent studies have shown that circumcision will reduce the risk of certain sexually transmitted diseases.
Circumcision has no effect on the ability to get a woman pregnant.

Circumcision is the removal of the foreskin. Yes, he can perfectly get a lady pregnant. Does not really affect the growth of the penis, but in many cases a circumcised penis looks bigger than an uncircumcised.
Now some info on circumcision, keep reading....
CIRCUMCISION IS VERY BENEFICIAL, its cleaner, healthier and several prestigious research institutions have proved that circumcised men have less risk of contracting STD's such as AIDS-HIV, syphilis or herpes.
Uncircumcised penises are difficult to keep clean, and more prone to infections and penile cancer, studies have shown.
A circumcised penis is naturally clean and virtually free from urinary infections. You will not have to worry again with careful washing of your penis.
Is it NOT true that the AAP (American Academy of Paediatrics) does not recommend circumcision. They simply say they leave the decision to parents. But recently, and specially after the recent studies by the US National Institutes of Health, the AAP has been discussing if it may be necessary to change their policy and recommend circumcision to all newborns as they used to do, so in the future we may see that the AAP advocates circumcision again.
Have a look at: http://www.baby-health.net/articles/381.html
About STD's:
As I said, several studies carried out by prestigious research bodies have proved that uncircumcised penises are more prone to infections and contraction of STD's, including AIDS-HIV. It has been confirmed that circumcised men are up to 70% less likely to be infected than those who are uncircumcised. Have a look at this site: http://www.torontodailynews.com/index.php/HealthNews/2006121404Circumcision
As for women, studies also show that circumcision also protects female partners from AIDS-HIV and other STD's. Browse this article: http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/Press_releases/2006/02_08_06.html
About sensitivity of a circumcised penis:
NO medical or physiological study has ever shown that circumcision reduces sensitivity, opposed to common belief. It is completely FALSE that circumcision reduces penis sensitivity. The American Academy of Paediatrics (AAP) confirms this on their web site; have a look at: http://www.aap.org/pubed/zzzjzmemh4c.htm
Circumcision is an easy and nowadays *painless* procedure, which has many benefits, and virtually no risks.
Circumcision is NOT an amputation. Circumcision is NOT comparable at all to female circumcision, which is something completely different.
Circumcision rates are INCREASING nowadays, both in the United States and overseas. Many African, Asian and Latin American countries with little circumcision tradition are starting to promote the procedure to help to reduce the AIDS-HIV infection rates.
Finally, this site has a lot of useful and *unbiased* information. Make sure you have a good look: http://www.circinfo.net

Circumcised means that the foreskin of a man's penis is removed. This is usually done at birth. And yes, a man can get a woman pregnant after wards. The Jewish men are circumcised and they manage to get their wives pregnant. It also does not affect the growth of the penis.

Assuming your question is serious, men are born with an extra fold of skin over the head of their penises... circumcision (usually done to a very young baby) cuts off the extra skin. This is traditional in some societies. It is also sometimes done as a health practice (as the foreskin can trap germs and viruses if not cleaned regularly). Recently, research shows that uncircumsized men have a much larger chance of spreading HIV - especially in Africa because HIV is so prevelant there - and so circumcision is being encouraged. The practice in unrelated to fertility and unrelated to penis growth (genetically determined).

it is quite often done to babies when they are born. western society usually circumcises their babies, because they feel in is more hygienic. European babies are not likely to be circumcised as much as the western world. some people do it for religious reasons, such as Jewish people. it means that all males are born with a piece of skin over the glans or tip of the penis, which is removed usually at birth, as i said for some societies. it does not effect the growth of the penis, and yes u can get a lady pregnant. below is a link to help u better understand it hope this helps

Being circumcised means the foreskin on your penis has been removed. Your gland is an internal organ which needs it's protective cover. Being circumcised makes you abnormal.

A circumcision means the foreskin of the penis was cut off. That leaves the head of the penis slightly exposed. There's a few positive points in having a circumsized penis, your less sensitive than a non-circumsized male. It doesn't affect the size of your penis and you can still have kids. The only thing it does is change the apperance.

The operation is normally done when you are a baby. It is done for religious reasons (in Jewish or Muslim families, etc) or for hygiene reasons.
