Jason and Kristopher Simmons played Wyatt when he was a toddler while Wes Ramsey played Wyatt all grown up. You can see Wes in the upcoming film Brotherhood of Blood. Hope this helps.

Jason & Kristopher Simmons both take turns to play the toddler version of Wyatt Matthew Halliwell. In the first episodes where Wyatt was a baby a diferent child played him, of which I don't know. Later on in the show when we see Wyatt when he is older, he is played by Wes Ramsey. He appears in various episodes.
