If the whole of Europe is govern by one president then the presidency will obviously become a British birth right.Technically Britain is ruling Europe.They are by far better than their greatest enemy(France) they British are by a distance more tolerance,understanding,welcoming,eager to integrate people in to their system e.t.c.

Germany is the most populated country in the EU, the largest economy (the 3rd largest in the world), and the world's largest exporter of goods.
I'm guessing it would be a German.

Tony Blair for the simple reason that at the time it was better to become an Allie of the 'bush Nazi' regime than not. Mr Blair concluded tha the enemy of his enemy was his friend and to me that's good leadership.

And this is scary.
If you look at the countries in europe all their elections have been very close between right and left (germany couldn't even decide for a few months)
The big exception being the UK
Also, the UK is by far the strongest economy in Europe and that'd sell to a lot of the Spaniish and French unemployed.
