when you put fake nails or have them done, and leave them on for a long time, your nails get longer.

let them grow by not bitting them or just kepp ur hands away 4m ur face, or use nail polish to strenghthen it too

just gatta let em grow i use my manicure set and use cuticle oil it helps them grow in healthy

its stinks but i heared it frm my frd she sayz it works that apply garlic on ur nailz .... chk it out ...... gud luck !
