Go to a doctor.
Have you recently started Birth Control? Sometimes that can wack periods out of joint.

I had the exact same experience. Its because its your first period. your body need time to adjust. Almost nothing is perfect the first time. next month you may not get your period at all! And the month after that you might get it for two weeks. Oh and some other advice!

ALWAYS carry a pad/tampon with you just in case.

Don't think wrong. Youre dad will go to the store and buy you womanly suppies. No matter how embarassed he thinks he'll be.

over night put an old towel under you just in case.

DO NOT EVER let your period bring youre mood down. It's a great and magical thing. no matter how painful the cramps.

(note... ancient indiams used to lock the women in a teepee while having their period. It was beleived to be the time where they were and are strongest and the men were scared!)

Go to the doctor and let him know. If you are embarressed, tell the nurse. It could be something other than period bleeding.

YOU NEED TO GO TO THE DOCTOR ASAP - TOO MUCH BLOOD LOSS COULD TAKE MONTHS TO BUILD UP YOUR BLOOD LEVEL AGAIN - IT'S REALLY IMPORTANT - AND A SIDE NOT IS THAT IF YOU'RE BLLEDING AND FEEL YOU PAD IS FULL EVERY 1-2 HRS AND NEEDS TO BE CHANGED, DON'T WAIT FOR THE DOCTORE - GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM - YOU AREPROBABLY HEMERAGEING - THINGS TO CONSIDER MIGHT BE HORMONAL IMBALANCES, OR A CYST...BUT NEED TO BE DEALT WITH, ESEPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO HAVE CHILDREN IN THE YEARS TO COME - GOOD LUCK!!!
