First,you need to hook up to nintendo WFC, on the main page, click nintendo wfc settings(or something like that) and sign up for it(read the wfc booklet to see how). Once you have made sure it works(by testing it) go onto the game and talk to copper and booker in the tunnel thingy at the north end of town. Go to the skinny dog,talk to him, click on freind code, and he will tell you it.
