his skin is starting to smoke and sizzle! please let me know the proper procedures to nurse him back to health after this traumatic incident has subsided!

dump the toaster and then give him mouth to mouth. Then if you can get him breathing again peel off the burnt skin and put some Vaseline on him. Then watch him closely.
If he doesn't make it, peel him and use his skin for a pair of shoes!

To restate the best of the answers so far: unplug the toaster, get the snake out and take it to the vet. If it's still alive. Hope it is, the poor little critter.

The snake will probably shed soon so dont worry about the skin
let the snake be cool let it chill near the sink or bring him to the vet.

Finish cooking him.
Add a little olive oil and garlic; I'm told snake tastes alot like chicken!
Enjoy, and don't forget to clean out the toaster...very nasty after a snake-fry...

i think of it does no longer be nessecary to take off the shirt. i could bypass to the restroom. some ladies are greater open than others so in the event that they did take off their shirts it does no longer lead them to a hoe, she wasn't doing it out of no the place.
