I don't know about a new one but there is an old one.
When i say old i mean old, as an special effects from like the 80's or early 90's. I think it was called Dragonball Live the Magic
or something like that. It was one of the weirdest things i've ever seen.

the project was scapped. they would have to have one damn good writer to make a good dragon ball z movie. but im afraid that if its made to be a sumer blockbuster movie it will be terrible
