You can bank on it Sean... Now they will not only raise the taxes on the idle filthy rich, but also those "hidden" rich in the $30,000 to $80,000 income level.... us middle class in the $8,000 to $18,000 bracket can rest easy...

The Demoncrats are even worse for the middle class!!!
It will be twice as hard for me to rise up out of the middle class with Democrats in charge and I shudder to think as to what will happen when I leave the treasure I build to my kids and grandkids...
Democrats could win me over by repealing any and all inheritance tax, as well as lowering taxes or going to a flat tax.
In addition if they would stop this pandering to Pro-Choice, and Gays...then I might listen to what they have to offer.
Let's not forget that they also are on a push to spin evolution as fact, when it is nothing more than theory. Evolution is a belief that some choose to believe, while Creation is a belief that other choose to believe. Neither can be proven or disproven and both should either be taught or taken out of classroom entirely.
Let's see what else can I point out that I strongly disagree with the Demoncrats???
All in all, it will take a MAJOR change in philosophy for me to ever believe the Democrats are for the all of the people and for the better of the USA.
IMHO, Democrats are influence by evil and there is very little if any good that comes out them.

Actually the American middle class has shrunk a lot under Republican rule because they have moved up into higher income brackets. Full employment etc. But never fear, the Dems are about to take care of that by raising everyones taxes and adding a lot of new entitlements for the downtrodden, also called lazy, because only those who genuinely can not work because of physical or mental problems have an excuse to be that poor.

What do you think of the House Budget Rules change?
The rule changes voted Friday could bedevil efforts later to appease middle-class voters.
One rule requires that tax cuts have corresponding cuts in government spending or tax increases elsewhere to pay for them. Likewise, any increase in entitlement programs like Medicare would have to have corresponding tax increases, or equal cuts in other government programs, under the pay-as-you-go rule reinstated Friday. It was adopted 280-154.

I have some hope for this. I have went downhill ever since clinton left office, so I truly hope so. My lifestyle has went nothing but downhill since bush took over and the republican congress. The stereotype about Republicans being for the rich man is so true.

No, neither party cares significantly about the middle class. They mostly care about THEMSELVES.
