Buy a copy of the book Writer's Market. You can buy it a large booksellers, Barnes & Nobles, Amazon.com, Borders, etc.

It lists Literary Agents and Publishers. It is very unlikely that a new writer will get published the first time around, but, it can't hurt to submit your material. One never knows!
