I think they have both acted like junior high kids! But for pete's sake, Rosie is a comedian and she wasn't judging him or attacking him; she was engaged in comedy on the show. His comments were meant to hurt. Hers were meant to induce laughter from the audience. I think Donald has put his foot in his mouth commenting about her weight because there are an awful lot of overweight women in America who took his comments personally. I also think it is convenient timing that all this hoopla is going on just as his new season of The Apprentice is getting ready to air. Nothing like free publicity!

I side with Rosie on this one. Her sense of humour is what can be called "normal". She's not trying to fit a mold she doesn't fit into unlike the majority of other celebs. Despite your saying she's untalented, she is a very rich woman, and must be good at something right? I've liked Rosie since back in the day, and she's the only reason I started watching The View.
Her comments may not have been put in the most polite of contexts for T.V., but that's what people like about her. Besides, the manner in which the Donald handled the situation just proved her point. He is by no means a role model for young women, and has thus far shown himself to be very shallow, and very mean spirited. Business skills don't make up for being a lousy human being.
Have a Great Night!

Rosie is a depressing bigmouth that can't concepts her own company. keep in mind whilst she butted into the Kelly Ripa - Clay Aiken mouthe overlaying element? the lady didn't want somebody putting his renounce her mouth. Rosie deceided it became an anti-gay slur. One: it did not concern her, and a couple of: what made that anti-gay. She's grow to be a bad rude freak interior the previous few years. What Trump does together with his company is extremely as much as him, nat a has been comedian. Rosie opened the door, so in spite of hits her is her own fault.

Trump's father was rich - and Trump borrowed billions.
Rosie told the truth - when she said he went bankrupt several times.
Do you think he's ok to insult heavy people - when he also is quite heavy - only hidden by dark suits - in extra large sizes.
Do you think he's sloppy - or is is hair in vogue.
Is he crude? Does he love saying "you're fired" - and isn't that bullying.
His daughter defended him - and where do you think she got her clothes and millions of dollars. Yes from the public stockholders, & he has taken the money and control from them.
He did not become rich on his own - he got into his father's business. But there are many online sites to show how he now denies bankruptcy.
Just google or yahoo search : Donald Trump Bankruptcy.
All of those things - can also be used to describe Donald Trump

This is when Donald Trump filed bankruptcy!
Another Bankruptcy:
Donald Trump's casino company to emerge from bankruptcy May 12
06:25 PM EST Jan 05
NEW YORK (AP) - Entrepreneur Donald Trump's casino business is now expected to emerge from bankruptcy-court protection on May 12, says Scott Butera, the company's president and chief operating officer.
Trump Entertainment Resorts Holdings had been expected to emerge from bankruptcy on May 4. The company, run by Trump, the star of the hit TV reality series The Apprentice, will have a reduced debt load when it emerges from protection for a second time. It will also have significantly less interest expense and $1.25 billion of new 8.25 per cent secured notes due 2015. Those bonds are not yet trading on a when-issued basis.

The jist runs that Donald Trump received much of his business sense from his father, Fred Trump, who was forced by his father's death to help support a large family. His father succeeded in producing affordable housing. Donald Trump was brought up assisting his father with his business ventures. Donald set a goal to be involved in real estate in a larger scale than his father. He decided it would be very important to make a name of himself. He joined an extreemly exclusive club of the upper elechon under the provision that he agreed not to steal any of the older member's wives. With these New York contacts came opportunity for power. The wealthy became his market nitch. When the competition tried beating him out by lowering their prices, he raised his. He had the ability to understand the psychology of the wealthy. Trump's billion-dollar empire included Trump Parc, which included more than 24,000 rental and co-op apartments, the New Jersey Generals, Trump Shuttle airline, casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey, beautiful homes and now the riverboat casino in Indiana. Then came catastrophy as he faced bankruptcy as he was unable to make payments on over $2 billion in loans. He lost control of most of his real estate to the creditor banks and traded a considerable part of his empire to restructure his debts. Now he is one the way back up, surpassing his previous exploits
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rosie is just an entertainer. And I think she's has guts to take on the "you're fired - Donald Trump".
I love the way she does not let him intimidate her - just because he's rich and loud.
I applaud her for not backing down and letting the public see and go online to see if he really did file bankruptcy - many many times.
GOD bless!

Neither, they are both frickin annoying. But if I HAD to choose one, I would go with Rosie. The comments Donald made about Rosie (over and over and over again) were disgusting, immature, and hypocritical. Donald said Rosie is just an ugly fat slob with a pretty girlfriend...he should look at his fug mug. The only reason he has a pretty wife is because of his money. I bet Melania has to get drunk and stoned before she will sleep with him.

I despise Donald Trump!!! He looks terrible. His hair is a joke. He's decadent to the ends of the earth. Rosie might be a bit uncouth or "Tugboat Annie-ish" but hasn't hurt anyone that I know of. She loves kids but is hated because she is a dyke. She wants to be loved. She just isn't Oprah. But in this spat, WHO CARES???? Trump, especially, was childish on Anderso Cooper 360. Rosie is right, Trump is "pimping off" the gals in that pageant. Rosie, of course, says what she shouldn't. and that hurt her.

Both are equally bad. Rosie is continuing this for increased ratings and attention to "The View" and Donald is continuing this for increased ratings and attention to "The Apprentice".
