The easiest? Hit the Lottery.
But if you actually want a real chance at it, there's no secret. Live beneath your means, save and invest the rest in your own business, home, real estate and/or stocks and bonds. Do it without fail for years.
If you are young, you definitely want to get a good college education. College graduates truly do better in the world than non-college graduates.
I recommend 2 books that discuss how many have done this. The Millionaire Next Door studied how millionaires got to be millionaires. Most did it by doing what I said above. The second is Automatic Millionaire which discusses how to automate your savings and investments so it's done every month without fail.

easiest way to get rich is to just invest consistantly, invest in mutual funds as much as possible from every check, it wont be a one year thing to get rich,but you should be before you retire

there is no easy way...random luck certainly does it but the odds are against you.
Best way is to work, work hard, spend little, and save intelligently. Quit looking for the easy way and do it the smart way.
