Hmm. What an odd question. (Was this mean as a joke?) I think that if the air is dirty when the fish jumps, then thier body might collect dust while it's out ofthe water. Since their bodies are coated with a thin layer of slime, it probably traps dirt and dust particles.

It depends on the air quality-- if there is a lot of dust and smoke in the air, his wet body would collect it and he would be dirty.
