I'm a big fan of frederick forsyth's books, for my sins !, but i've read them all and i'm wondering if anyone can tell me of any author's whose books are similar to forsyth's ?.

Others may not agree, but I would suggest John le Carre. I enjoy both.

Just show one that being a reference librarian does not equate to a writers style of writing, few, if any, write in quite the way of FF, to date, I've found none. Perhaps one or two of the authors on Melanie's list has written a book that might be similar, none do on a regular basis to my knowledge.
