I want to get a new manga- but i think of any good ones! Please, no 12+ volume series, please!

I don't read much shounen manga but I know that Death Note, D.Gray-man, and Samurai Deeper Kyo are the best ones.
If you could list some of your favorite titles then I can provide you more. ^_^
- Also try Alichino, Aria, Black Cat, D.N.Angel (not my favorite but I think you'll like it), Kingdom Hearts, Pita Ten.

Check tokyopop.com. They always should have a few good mangas, even though some of them contain sexually explicit material (Girls Bravo, Battle Vixens, etc.). Still good, but if you're looking for something, try looking for a manga on which an anime show is based on. Sure, the volumes are truly innumerable,but it's still interesting to see if the manga version is better. Either of my suggestions should work hopefully

Considering what you listed, I'd recommend Ultra Maniac. It fits in with the cutesy stuff you seem to like, and it's only five volumes. Also, should you change your mind about the longer running series--Ai Yori Aoshi and Ah! My Goddess (aka Oh! My Goddess) are also excellent for both male and female readers.

I would try Azumanga Daioh, if you are into comedy. It's four volumes, the translations give you notes as to what was changed in the dialogue, and it is well worth every dollar spent on it.

Ah! i love hikaru no go! Happy !!! If you like the whole person-inside-another thingy, then try Dnangel... funny, bit romantic... and unfortunately goes on and on. There's 11 english volumes (currently published by Tokyopop) so i dunno if you'd want them. Good, though, and gets more hilarious as you go.

try a manga called "In Dream World". its an action with a little bit of comedy in it. it's only 3 volumes.
