To have a wireless connection you just need to have a wireless router and a card or usb device for your computer (for laptop, for desktop you can also use a pci card). You can dsl from yahoo for 14.95 a month, or earthlink or verison or many others.

Prices very with each wireless phone company. Check VerizonWireless, Cingular, Sprint, T-Mobil, etc.
