it depends
if the egg is boiled then the side that it was lying on
if u can cut the egg in half then theres ur anwser
if u can't weigh the whole egg and subtract it from the weigh of one side of the egg
u can find the weight by measuring the volume of the egg and converting it to mass
if the egg wasn't boiled then the weight on sides can change because the inside of the egg is liquid so it can move
u can balance the egg on the scale with the pointy end on top and wider end on the bottom because all things can balance then weigh the whole egg and divide it by 2
