Be romantic, charming but not too creepy-charming. That means coming on too strong. Not because girls don't like it, actually, because you could come off as a predator. You get the point. You have to know how to laugh and be funny, and sometimes being nervous is okay. It makes the girl feel more at home. Don't try to act nervous though, cause that's never good. NEVER use dork pick up lines like, "Someone call the fire department, cause your sizzlin' hott." I repeat, NEVER EVER use dorky pick-up lines. To start conversations, try the old fashioned way... run into her and stare at her eyes for a few seconds when you get up. But not for too long. Meet her again later and talk to her, so on so on.

Let me tell you what works for me...First, I try to be helpful in some manner to the person I want to flirt with, that always sparks a conversation...this is when I'm nice, but not too nice - then I just make a few brief comments that compliment her like telling her how that blouse she is wearing today really sets off her eyes or something like that...but nothing over the top.

Alright but why do you need a girlfriend so badly....I mean sometimes it's better to be by yourself but flirting isn't that hard. All you can do since your juss starting out is make eye contact and smile! Smiling is very important....but not too much and compliment her and try to start an good conversation and continue smiling and complimenting her and that should do the trick!

well, it all depends on the situation. Some times its when you look at eachother and when your eyes meet, you turn and waya and smile. Also, when you talk you kind of lean in a bit but not too much that you seem creepy or deaf. lol. Also, when youre talking, you tease them a bit, but say not telling them something at first or just a payful looring tone of voice. well first of all, do you share common intrest with this person?
cuz thats the key.
If you know what that person is into, and what she likes then you will always know what to know (especially if you like her intrests) what to say, and yes iven if you do know what to say, its sometimes hard to get out of you mouth but n e one can do it. heres an example
i suppose this could be me talking to a guy i like
ME: hey whats up
HIM: nothing
ME: so did you see that (whatever show that person likes) on TV last night?
HIM: yeah! i couldnt miss it
ME: i missed it...
HIM: No way!
ME: way! so what happened
HIM: *he starts talking about the show*
then i go on about "how cool" that is and "no way" did that happen or whatever
and soon enuff you 2 r frends and hopefully it graduates to mare than frendship or whatever.
sure it might take a million years, but its worth it hopefully

well flirting can be so many things giving eye contact once in a while, smiling at them, touching them, laughin, complementing them, or just be yourself...you mite be a natural flirt and dont even noe it.
