This is what I did to convince my mom- I told her that I get headaches from my glasses, because they put pressure on the area between your eyes. This was actually true for me. I don't know if you wear glasses though. Contacts are way more comfortable, and if you keep em clean and follow the rules (eg. don't sleep with them on) the're safe. Good luck!

Hey! Tell your mom all the advantages of having contacts. If she still doesn't listen, then beg her every day until she gets them for you! Good Luck!

First of all how old are you ? your mother knows best there is alot of responsibility that comes with wearing contacts. If you are not careful you can get an eye infection.

Ohh i had this problem this is what i did:
Say mom i an Blank years old and i tihnk im too old for glasses.
I can pay for half
I will only wear them for sepcial occasions
Then prove to your mom you can take them out and put them in bu touhing the white of your eye
Then name things your responsable for and show her you can handel them!!!!!

take ur mom to go with u to the eye docter and let him explain the benefits of u wearing contacts. she might not trust u but she may trust the doc. :)

if you're trying to get color contacts. be yourself. love yourself the way you are. if god wanted you to have that color eyes then accept it. why have a color thats not really yours? if they are for prescription then just tell her how you feel and that they are more confient than glasses

also.. that contacts have been proven to help vision... in some cases

it depends what grade you are in....if in middle or high school and feel that you are old enough to handle them then tell her how you feel about it

just wear them one day and tell her you got them and they work good
