Kohls is great for different lengths. Try that.
Also just do a little investigating online. You're more apt to find your style in the sizes you want on the net that had pretty much endless options.

American Eagle is pretty good for petites. I'm 5'0'' and their jeans fir well. Their sizes range from 00-18.

Try places like Fashion Bug, JCPenny, and Sears. I think Walmart has a nice selection also.

try abercrombie kids. ALL their clothes- jackets shirts jeans, they are all petite. the jeans go up to size 16 but they are all pretty slim.

Personally I like bebe, but they carry smaller sizes. Hollister, American Egale, and Abercrombie have lots of cute stuff too.
