I currently have wireless internet and I like to play Starcraft:Broodwar. When Verizon disconnects(which is frequent) my neighbors internet likes to start up and ruins my connection to the game which is a big pain. What can I do to block his internet from mine?

Right click on the wireless internet icon by the time. Remove your neighbors wireless network from the preferred network list. It will no longer automatically connect to it, rather it will just tell you that a wireless network is in range.

You might ask your neighbor to put security and lock his connection so that you need a pass key or passphrase to connect to his then since you don't know the code it will not connect. This is a good practice for anyone with wireless to keep unauthorized users out!

change your security settings to ignore other networks but yours. right click the wireless connection and go to properties. go to the advance tab and you will see a window that shows the connections available in your area. set to accept only yours.
