A few years ago, I was badly betrayed by a friend and I got blamed for it , now one of my friends is practicly dead and the other hates me! The friend that betrayed me is out having fun and doing nothing! I keep wanting revenge! How can I get rid of my anger?

You dont get over anger. You either keep it in or let it out. I am all about revenge but I wont go there with you. You can try to get back in the graces of the friends who want nothing to do with you, you can let off steam to the betrayer or you can just breath and say to yourself that you can only control your behaviors and you can not make people talk to you or believe in you and move on.

You have to do it for yourself. It hurts to hold it all inside. Let it seep out and replace it with understanding and forgiveness. You don't have to tell a soul that you've forgiven, and it doesn't mean befriending them again. You do what feels best for YOU and your peace of mind. Takes time, but if you work at finding inner peace, you will, and it gets easier with time and experience.

Revenge wont solve anything. try meditation, its very relaxing, it helps me get unwanted anger, fear and stress out of my system. i really think u should try it.

just..start hnging out with other people.give yerself a little time to move on.have fun,too.maybe she`ll take notice. :]
