I would think you could add to a iTunes gift card if it was bought at a store.

Zilch. 99 cents is the lowest, next to free of course. If you are looking for free stuff, there are always podcasts and the free download of the week. Otherwise, you'll need a new card.

you can get 1/10 of a song, or a whole Clay Aiken album, but I'd go for a tenth of a song, there's more value for your money there.
