I usually stretch everday to work on my flexibility but I skipped wednesday because of the amount of homework I had. And yesterday I wasn't feeling well and my muscles were extremly sore but today I feel a lot better. I stayed home from school to rest awhile and it's kind of been a lazy day. I feel a little guilty for not stretching the past two days and I want to stretch tonight but i can't seem to find any motivation, tips?
