rewrite the question. the one guy is right. if you take 5% OUT of a hundred you have nintyfive. by the way a hundred what? on the other hand 5% of a hundred is five. the answer can only can only be as specific as the question. try being more descriptive or using charts and grafts to get your point accross.and last but not least you could always give the old calculater a try. best of luck to you.
