I think they can see in there own way, they don't see but they can touch, hear and taste and that give them a perception of the reality, for example they can touch a glass, a face, a car ,etc, etc and there brain is going to give them an image of what are they touching, so that image is going to be in the brain as a memory of the reality and they can dream with that ,with there own perception of the reality, and also people not blind doesn't see in dreams, the eyes are close so we see black and what we dream is only images, people also dream about something they didn't see before. Blind animals can see using a sonar and the brain read this sound signal and use it as eyes same as the blind people use the hands so if the brain can see using the eyes ,hands , ears etc it means they have images in the brain and they can dream with them same as not blind people can dream with the images taken by the eyes.

I have a friend who is Legally Blind. I asked him your dream question. He said, " I do dream and I dream in color". He said in his dreams he sees in the same way he does now which is limited like looking through a blurry pinhole. He did say he does drive in his dream which he was very excited about!

first of all, it's "do blind people see dreams"

anyways, for people born blind, they could if they have the imagination.. for people who aren't born blind, yes, they could.. i mean, they have seen the colors, the people, what they look like and all that..
