When I lay down to go to sleep at night I can see this transparent dome around my head and it is like little pink and green polka dots that kind of blink and it goes around and spins and I have seen it all of my life and wether I close my eyes or open them or put my face in the pillow I can always see it, does any one know what it is? (or could be)

I'm a nurse. I would make an appointment to see a neurologist. I think this could be something to do with a brain disorder. It might be something going on with you, see a doctor.

It sounds like what we always called "Floaters". Its some type of blood vessels, harmless.
