how do i change what my friends see in me?

looking for the light
so that she can be saved
ever since I could remember
she’s been through so much lying
I wish I could redo
what has been done
she can’t be saved by anybody
Nobody at all
But only by one person.....
that she knows
which is the best friend
and until he comes back for the summer
she won’t let her emotions go
maybe one day....
she will spill her emotions out
But right now she’s the girl
that doesn’t scream or shout

My friends wrote this about me its kinda like a poem but the thing is I don’t realize im like this and they have told me they worry, the person they are talking about to”save” me is my best friend of 7 years CJ and he is in Tennessee right now he is like a brother to me and he is always there for me what can I do

I'm in Tennessee. Born and raised and here right now. If you guys have e-mail and you know his address, you should've kept in touch. It's really hard losing a friend. I lost 2 of my best friends before this year started- hardest thing ever. I didn't think I'd be okay with it, but after time, I was. There's still something that tears me up about them. Ya know, they were my friends, so no matter what, no one will ever fill that space. That's probably how you are right now. Just remember that true friends find each other in the end. Just believe it. If your happy with yourself right now don't do anything. I don't think they are saying anything bad, just that your holding on to this guy CJ.

Be yourself, do things to make yourself feel good. If holding on to him doesn't feel good than find something else to do in the meantime. You can deal with him when he comes back.
