It would be great if we could ID a dishonest person by ethnicity but we can't so don't trust anyone.
The Europeans did more good and more evil because they were more productive and expeditious than the American Indians and the Africans. O By the way Native American Tribes did own and oppress Africans slaves which they purchased from the whites before they were conquered they also conquered other Indians proving they were no better than whites on moral grounds. Also according to Julian Lester's "To be a Slave" the only reason Africans were preferred to Indians for the propose of slavery was that the Africans had an agricultural back ground and a work ethic whereas Indians were so unproductive that they lose their owners money.

No offense but if you look back through history it has to be white people (mainly western Europeans and Americans). The American government for decades signed a series of treaties with Native Americans in which they promised to stop encroaching on their lands and attacking their settlements. Every single one of those treaties was broken until the Natives were finally displaced into barren, almost uninhabitable land in Oklahoma. Europeans were also dishonest to the African, Chinese, and Japanese while colonizing them. That being said every ethincity is dishonest it honestly depends on the person and not the percieved stereotype. In all honesty that is a pretty twisted question to ask and I hope it is nothing more than a joke.

Heads up, my friend! You can not, I say again, can NOT, trust skin color, kind of hair, or roundness of eye to protect you from dishonest people!!.
Everyone is at least a little dishonest, even with themselves. (oh I don't weigh that much! this little piece of cake won't make any difference!)
We are dishonest with others we like, ( uh, yeah, wow, yeah that new dress looks, ah, umm just fine on you. Really.)
And trust me, constant, flat out total honesty will not win you friends or influence people (except maybe to stay the heck away from your obnoxious self!)
Frankly, if you want a race that will give you total honesty... get a dog. They growl when they are angry, whine when they are hurt, and wag their tails when they are happy.
Humans, however, as a race, in all their variety, will lie to you in a heart beat, for a multitude of reasons ranging from 'for you own good' to 'it's a way to make a buck!'.
Ethnicity has no bearing on it at all. For while there may be some of each group willing to 'only' lie to those outside the group, there are those within any individual group that will lie through thier teeth to thier own 'kind'.

It all depends really. But through out history its usually been white people. So it would be white people, black people, asians, and so on and so forth. But thats just my opinion, I have no way of finding out which race is the most dishonest. Best way to figure this out is to randomly ask different ethnicities out on the street. Just try not to get shot, lol.

What a bold questions to ask! However, trying to equate dishonesty with ethnicity is impossible. Which ethnicity produces the most honest people? What is the criteria for honest? A very daring questions, but I am afraid your will not find an answer so easily.

Impossible to state; immigration has taken place in the whole world -which implies some learning of different cultures.
Maybe we can just speak of people -not ethnicity- who have never been allowed a proper degree of education on moral values.

Dishonesty doesn't come from a race but from a person. It all depends on how the people are raised. That I know of no country teaches their people to be dishonest so it depends on the person, not the culture.

Seriously, though, I think the answer is that, because dishonesty is not dependent on ethnicity, the answer is isomorphic to the answer to the question "Which ethnicity has the most people?"

This is probably the Chinese, so there's your answer.
