I have been playing the trumpetvery actively for the past 4 years. Tommorow, for the first time, I will be buying a brand new trumpet. I am considering buying a "Bach Stradivarius Trumpet in the key of b-flat." Are there any other suggestions?

When I bought a new trumpet...I tried out three brands. Bach (Stradivarius), Benge, and Yamaha. My instructor told me this was the best way to find out what I liked best. I played them all a couple of times each and wound up picking the Benge...I liked it better than the Bach. Don't go by name and reputation alone. Do a little homework. I wound up saving money (not much) and buying something I liked better. Its a big investement...good luck!!
