The most likely problem would be lint buildup on the motor switch. The buzzer goes off when the timer contacts that control the motor open and the motor centrifugal switch contacts are still closed from the motor turning. When the motor stops turning the contacts are supposed to open but with lint built up around the lever they stay closed. If the timer contacts for heat were still closed you would still get heat without the motor and blower turning as well so it is not just an annoying problem but a potential fire hazard also if the timer contacts for heat would fail.

In all practicalities the motor should be replaced or it is time for a new dryer.

unplug dryer then plug back in this may reset the buzzer if not you will need to get a new one or just disconnet the wires and tape that go to the buzzzer
