I have seen Taylor Hicks winner of American Idol before,
I live in Australia. Was he on a former season of American Idol ?

Nope. He wouldn't be eligible to be on twice. He's an unknown from the south.

He looked familiar to me also but as far as I know this was the one time he was on the show. He has made a few commercials since winning, maybe that is where you have seen him and thought it was from earlier. Also he has a way about him that makes you feel that maybe you knew him in another place and time.

Wasn't Taylor.
He was only on the season he won!
He just had a new cd out 12-12-06 & is doing great.
