i always say i want and im not spoiled but when i say it i feel so spoiled selfish have another word

If that is how you feel, it is good that you want to do something about it. Consider prefacing requests with something like "Could you please help me with ...?" Other possibilities are "I need help with ... " "I'm in difficulty here. Could someone please ..." Also think about being more conscious of other people's needs and offering help or things to other people and you may feel better when you need to ask for something yourself.

You could say something like 'I would like...'. That usually is considered more polite. People like others being polite, it compels them to be more polite too.
