I have a logo and phrase that I would like to copyright, or what ever. Does anyone know where I need to start?

USPTO.gov

It's the United States Patent and Trademark Office's official website.

Contact the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, 800-786-9199, for further information. However, copyright protection may be available for logo artwork that contains sufficient authorship. In some circumstances, an artistic logo may also be protected as a trademark.

You cannot copyright a phrase though, sorry.

An attorney can help you do this. You can find one who specializes in copyrighting by simply typing in "copyrighting" on Google or other searches.
