I heard that J.Edgar Hoover was gay? And that he was living a double life?

That he was prejudice against Gays, Blacks, Jews, Chinese, well just like the Hitler mentality? He was instrumental in capturing a lot of bad guys, but was he really focusing on that, because there were a lot of bad guys in government and he overlooked their positions in the mafia, but focused on the Italians, etc.? Was it all a cover up for the real criminals?

Well supposedly while JFK was in office and being blackmailed by Hoover, for his sex life, Bobby Kennedy was Atty. General, and when Hoover wired up JFK's infidelties, Bobby did it to Hoover and there was proof with his long term secretary. So they had a mexican stand off with the blackmail issues.

Reading any history as written by Americans will teach you one thing. They are the good guys and are right, everyone else are the bad guys and wrong. Hoover was a vile piece of excrement, far worse than the people he had at his whim, jailed, extradicted, killed etc. He was a racist and sexist tyrant and I wish I could remember the book that was written (and banned) about his life.

I read in a magazine that the story about Hoover being homosexual was all a fiction created by the comunists to counteract the campaign against them.
Besides, supposing that Hoover were really gay, what about it ?
