Nowadays, with new technology, you can't really feel it at all. I got my ears pierced a year ago and I hadn't even realized they were done, I could barely feel it. However, I have a friend who got it done a week ago, and she said she felt it, but it was just a quick pinch.
I think you should think about getting such a young child's ear pierced though. Be super careful, you don't want an infection.

Imagine that you can't talk or really let anyone know what you are feeling. Now ask yourself how you would feel if a person made you do something they wanted you to to do and you had no choice or say in the matter.
I think you should leave your daughter's ears alone for the time being. When she decides that she wants them pierced then you can be the cool mom who says, "Sure you can. I'll take you today!" My ears were pierced at 18 months and since I've been able to choose I haven't worn ear rings but I still have the empty holes in my ears.
Isn't your daughter beautiful just the way she is?

Lets see, they are HER ears, and SHE said no, although she likely does not fully understand the situation, therefore she should be able to make this choice when she is old enough to understand. What if she doesnt like them? shes stuck with holes in her ears her whole life, (like the girl above). My mom had the same thing, she hasnt worn earrings for over 20 years and still there are holes in them.
Make the right choice, keep in mind that it is Her body. ...would u give ur baby a tattoo as well????

If you do it earlier I dont think it will stretch the ears as much, and they wont remember the pain, I'm a male and I got mine when I was 10 and it didnt hurt at all just like a pinch or so.

i'm fairly particular they get their ears pierced. yet they could also get their ears pierced even as they're older, like very last year, my pal were given her ears pierced for her 11th birthday. yet my different pal were given her ears pierced even as she change into extremely youthful, in all likelihood aroung a million-2 years previous, so she would not keep in thoughts a lot. so that you'll get your ears pierced at any time on your existence, yet i don't believe of that you're right now born with them, because some women, like me, don't have them. wish this allows!

Yes. You should. When kids get they're ears pierced when they're younger they don't remember it. My parents got mine done when I was about 6 months old. I don't remember a thing about it. It's best for your daughter to get her ears peirced when she's younger.

I got mine done when I was 7 and I remember the day well. It was a quick pinch. Nothing that would make me not want to get it done again.

A lot of people I know got their ear's pierced when they were just one day old. You should get her ear's pierced because you will regret when she is older. It doesn't feel bad. It feels like a pinch. That is all it feels like.

I would. it's better to do it sooner and earlier. Just make sure to go to someone who know what they're doing and make sure it's cleaned out a couple of days after. But other than that I say go for it. My niece got hers done when she was around that age and no problems.
