Water and any other liquids that cause you to urinate. Milk thistle and turmeric capsules should help also because they enhance your liver and kidneys to filter more.

I worked in a Lab for six years and did drug test for pre-employment. If you do nothing it can actually stay in your system for four-months. B-6 will help dispose of poisen in the liver. You may want to ask your druggist. It will also help dispense of alcohol fast if you are in a party mood. This was advice from a pharmacist. Don't try and be "sneaky" as at the time I knew all the tricks that are out there. We caught several trying to use a tube and such. But fwhen you bring the specimen to the lab to be tested and the urine is about 80 degrees, you are out of here, so they say. What I love to see is swhen I was not there the two female technicians had to follow you into the bathroom and observe you giving a specimen. Just to make sure things were on the up & up. (No pun intended). But when I went with them I didn';t care what they did as I would not watch.

Just don't do it. The labs that run the test also check for the stuff that dilutes and all the stuff that "gets rid of it" I have fired to many people that think this stuff works. I have seen 40 year old men break down and cry because they lose their jobs over some weed...

Drink about a gallon of pure orange juice not from concentrate a day for 5 or 6 days straight. I know several construction workers who did this and it worked for them.

Go to GNC and get Cleanse Blends I do not know if I spelled it right but follow the directions and it will work.

Go to a health food store , ask them. There are cleansing teas that really work but I don't know what it 's called It's about $20.00
